1 General

1.2 This document sets out the terms and conditions that govern the use of the Site (‘Terms’). Please review these Terms carefully. By accessing the Site (other than to read these Terms for the first time), you accept and agree to these Terms. You must not use the Site if you do not agree with these Terms.

1.4 This Site is intended for use by residents of Australia only.

5.3 Without limiting clauses 5.1 and 5.2, Jetco we may provide general and product guidance and the 'How To' section on this Site. This is provided for information purposes, general interest and enquiry only and is not professional opinion or advice. This is preliminary guidance only and professional advice should be sought from your local STIHL Dealer in respect of the matters dealt with in that section.

5.4 In relation to any condition, warranty, representation or guarantee implied or imposed by law that cannot be lawfully excluded, where permitted by law, our liability is limited, at our sole discretion, to the minimum obligations or liabilities permitted by law, including, in the case of services, resupply of the services or payment of the cost of supplying the services again.
